Alexandra is a fantastic motivator and as someone who struggles with maintaining exercise or sticking with a fitness plan, has helped me get back on track and, dare I say it, actually enjoy exercise. Her classes are the hardest I have been to, which is satisfying and terrifying in equal measure. If you want a proper work out, go to these bootcamps!

I did PT with Alexandra after a fairly lengthy break from training. Each session was well thought out and helped me improve my core strength, mobility and flexibility. I've worked with several trainers over the years and Alexandra has pushed me the most. Alexandra's boot camps are perfect if you're bored with the gym and you don't have a lot of time to train. The only downside is her love of burpriees! ;o)

I was in Alexandra's first ever session, and have been hooked ever since. The range of activities we do is varied and challenging without every being impossible, and there is a clear sense of progression in the sessions if you attend over a long period of time. I've been to both bootcamp and kettlebells sessions over the years.Alexandra is friendly and approachable, sharing knowledge about everything from marathon advice to recovery stretches after injury. You definitely feel like you're in safe, knowledgeable hands. When I ran the Hackney Half marathon recently, I realised that all the interval training we have been doing in bootcamp sessions really helped me to increase my pace - I can definitely credit a good half marathon time to my circuit training with Alexandra. I can also probably credit my regular attendance at these sessions for my increased interest in general fitness training (distance runs, climbing etc), and I certainly miss them when I've not been for a while.I've made friends at the sessions and would recommend them to anyone. Great sessions - been going for 2 years now - and she keeps them varied and challenging, enjoyable too. Did first full marathon this year and they helped a lot as part of that training, and not getting injured.

I've always enjoyed keeping fit through running. A friend recommended that I might like Alex's class and invited me to try it out. I love to work hard and sweat and I was hooked! Bootcamp is always a challenge, but has been such a boost to my self-esteem and self-image. I've shed pounds, grown stronger and feel really positive about my shape. Alex always varies our workout. There is no chance of getting bored in her class. She is very committed to our fitness and it shows.

Alexandra's bootcamp classes are the most exhilarating, challenging and endorphin-releasing exercise I have ever done! After just a handful of sessions I could see and feel results... And so was hooked! As a regular member, you certainly feel achievement at mastering the techniques but never have the opportunity to get too familiar as Alexandra maintains an ever changing structure. A definite boost to both the body and mind - I would highly recommend Alexandra's classes to anyone.

I've been attending Alex's boot camp and kettle bell sessions for just over a year now and have been really enjoying the sessions. She mixes the classes up so that no two are ever the same, and is extremely encouraging throughout each class. When buying in a block session the prices is extremely reasonable.

If anyone is thinking of joining I'd really recommend it - hardwork, great group and brilliant trainer!

Alexandra was my Personal trainer for 3 months in order to help me shift the sudden weight gain I suffered last year and I am happy to say it has been successful. She will certainly get you fit!

A friend recommended Alexandra's classes so I went for a trail and found it a real challenge. I had been to other boot camp classes previously, but found the trainers were not very motivational. Alexandra really pushes you and notices when you are not giving it your all, but all in a friendly, unintimidating manner. She's very good at remembering peoples injuries and adapting the exercises where appropriate. I'd definitely recommend her classes; they are hard work but definitely good fun! I'm always glad I've been.
