Alexandra is a fantastic personal trainer. She has really revived my love for exercise and I’ve gained a lot of fitness as well as losing weight and toning up. She makes the sessions fun and varied and explains each exercise really clearly so you know exactly what you’re doing and how it’s going to benefit you. She managed to keep me motivated - even throughout the winter months! Alexandra’s group Bootcamp sessions are also great and definitely get you sweating as well as being fun. Overall, I’d highly recommend Alexandra for any of your fitness needs.
