Before you begin your training you will receive an initial free consultation to help us find out your current fitness levels, any medical conditions, and your likes and dislikes when it comes to exercise. You will participate in a physical functional movement screening test where the trainer will evaluate your ability to perform a series of movements to help identify any limited or altered movement patterns. By performing this your trainer can quickly ascertain any potential risk of injury which may have gone undetected in conventional training. During your physical evaluation, the trainer will check for a range of motions and quality of movement in the feet, ankles, knees, hips, spine, shoulders, arms, wrists, hands and neck. This test data is collected, organized and entered into your profile. It is extremely important that we will spend this time assessing and understanding you before you begin your personal training.
